Refund Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items being returned for reasons other than damage, defect, or an incorrect order must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact Escape Creations before returning an item so that we can provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in securely packaging our resin miniatures to help ensure they arrive safely. However, 3D printed resin items can be delicate, and damage may occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives severely damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please keep all original packaging and packing materials and provide clear photos of:

The damaged or defective item
The inside of the packaging
The outside of the packaging

Photos and order information can be sent to returns@escapecreations.ca.

Escape Creations will cover the costs associated with resolving qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

Replacements

When a replacement is required for a qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrect order, the replacement will normally be shipped within 3 business days. Tracking information will be provided.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect order.

Exchanges

We do not offer general product exchanges. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
