Refund, Returns & Damage Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Escape Creations. If there is a problem with your order or you need to return an item, please review the information below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and must not have been painted, primed, glued, assembled, modified, or otherwise altered.
Please contact us at returns@escapecreations.ca before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
For standard returns, including change-of-mind purchases or items ordered in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Escape Creations or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in securely packaging our resin miniatures to help ensure they arrive safely. However, 3D printed resin models can contain delicate components, and damage may occasionally occur during transit.
Minor breaks can often be easily repaired with a small amount of superglue. However, if your miniature arrives significantly damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will make it right.
For damaged, defective or incorrect orders, Escape Creations will cover the cost of resolving the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped within 3 business days, and tracking information will be provided once the replacement has shipped.
Reporting a Damaged Order
If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the original packaging or packing materials. Keeping the packaging helps us determine what happened and may be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please:
Keep all original packaging and packing materials.
Take clear photos of the damaged item.
Take clear photos of the inside and outside of the shipping packaging.
Contact us as soon as possible at returns@escapecreations.ca and include the photos with your message.
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or for another reason unrelated to damage, defect, or an incorrect shipment, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the return is required because an item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by Escape Creations, you will not be responsible for the associated return shipping costs.
Please contact us before returning a damaged, defective or incorrect item. Depending on the circumstances, we may not require the damaged item to be returned.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund to the original method of payment.
Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Items that have been painted, primed, assembled, glued, modified, damaged after delivery, or otherwise altered by the customer are not eligible for return unless the original product was defective.
